Sean Fernandez
With more than 25 years of experience in entertainment, fashion, and talent development, Sean Fernandez has built an exceptional career discovering talent, mentoring industry professionals, and pioneering multicultural representation in Canada's modeling industry.
His work has contributed to campaigns for internationally recognized brands including L'Oréal, Walmart, Coca-Cola, Nissan, Subaru, Chevrolet, Macy's, IT Cosmetics, Jordan, and Barbie, while helping shape the next generation of models, actors, agents, and fashion professionals.
Modelling Instructor
Argisa Qokaj
Argisa trained at a professional modeling academy in Albania, where she built a strong foundation in runway walking, posing, and working with the camera. She has continued to develop her skills through hands-on experience, personal projects, and continuous learning.
As an instructor, Argisa is passionate about helping aspiring models build confidence and master the fundamentals. Her teaching approach is patient, supportive, and focused on each student’s individual growth. Having experienced the journey herself, she understands the challenges beginners face and is committed to creating a positive environment where every student can learn, improve, and reach their potential.

Vincenza
Vincenza is a fashion stylist and creative professional with over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, retail operations management, and client relations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a lifelong passion for working with people, she has built a career that seamlessly blends creativity, leadership, and exceptional customer service.
Her expertise spans personal shopping, wardrobe styling, editorial styling, runway production, red carpet fashion, model coordination, creative direction, and retail management. Passionate about helping clients discover and express their personal style, Vincenza takes an inclusive approach to fashion, styling individuals of all body types, genders, and identities.
Makeup Artist
Irene Fytsyk
With over 9 years of professional experience in the beauty industry, Irene Fytsyk specializes in luxury bridal, editorial, fashion, commercial, television, creative, and celebrity makeup.
After beginning her career in 2016, she advanced her expertise through professional training in Ukraine, Austria, Poland, and Canada. She later founded a makeup academy in Ukraine, where she trained aspiring makeup artists through professional and self-makeup courses. Now based in Toronto, Irene collaborates with photographers, brands, models, brides, and creative teams on fashion shows, editorial productions, commercial campaigns, Canadian television, theatrical productions, and celebrity projects. Her work is recognized for combining artistic creativity, technical precision, and the highest professional standards.

Osama Usmani is a Toronto-based fashion photographer with over 15 years of experience capturing compelling imagery for the fashion, beauty, and commercial industries. Known for his creative vision and meticulous attention to detail, he specializes in producing high-quality visuals that elevate brands, designers, models, and creative professionals.
Blending technical expertise with a refined artistic approach, Osama creates images that tell powerful stories and leave a lasting impression. His passion for visual storytelling, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have established him as a trusted and respected photographer within the Greater Toronto Area's fashion community. Dedicated to inspiring the next generation of creatives, Osama continues to push artistic boundaries while delivering exceptional photography that reflects the beauty, confidence, and individuality of every subject.

Thushi is a professional photographer with over 15 years of experience in weddings, fashion, modeling, commercial photography, and special events.
Passionate about visual storytelling, he is known for capturing authentic moments with creativity, precision, and attention to detail. His goal is to deliver timeless, high-quality images that reflect each client’s unique vision.
Junior Booking Agent
Chelsea
Chelsea serves as a Junior Booking Agent at M Models, where she manages talent submissions and supports the agency's booking operations. She works closely with the team to facilitate the matching of models with suitable opportunities, ensuring a seamless process from submission through booking.
Chelsea is currently pursuing a pre-medical undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. Beyond her academic and professional commitments, she enjoys golfing and snowboarding.
